E-mail Vocabulary Words

1. Spam (रद्दी ई-मेल): irrelevant or unsolicited messages sent over the Internet, typically to a large number of users, for the purposes of advertising, phishing, spreading malware, etc.

2. Forward (ई-मेल आगे भेजना): send (an email) on to a further destination.

3. CC (Carbon Copy) (ई-मेल में अन्य लोगों को mark करना, उन्हें पता चलता है यदि आप उन्हें mark करते हैं): Anyone you add to the cc: field of a message receives a copy of that message when you send it. All other recipients of that message can see that person you designated as a cc: recipient

4. BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) (ई-मेल में अन्य लोगों को mark करना, उन्हें पता नहीं चलता है यदि आप उन्हें mark करते हैं): Bcc: stands for "blind carbon copy." Anyone you add to the bcc: field of a message receives a copy of that message when you send it. But, bcc: recipients are invisible to all the other recipients of the message including other bcc: recipients.

5. Subject (ई-मेल का विषय): the "subject" area of an email is a short description of the message.

6. Signature (ई-मेल के अंत में अपनी पहचान बताना): a person's name written in a distinctive way as a form of identification in concluding an e-mail.

7. Sign off (ई-मेल समाप्त करना): conclude a letter, broadcast, or other message.

8. Salutation (ई-मेल की शुरुआत में greeting): a greeting in words or actions, or the words used at the beginning of an e-mail.
