11. Windowsill (खिड़की के नीचे निकली हुई चट्टान): a shelf formed by the bottom part of the frame of a window.
12. Skylight (रोशनदान): an opening in a roof or ceiling, fitted with glass, for admitting daylight.
13. Patio (आंगन): a paved outdoor area adjoining a house.
14. Veranda (बरामदा): a roofed platform along the outside of a house, level with the ground floor.
15. Courtyard (चौक): an unroofed area that is completely or partially enclosed by walls or buildings, typically one forming part of a castle or large house.
16. Ventilator (वायु-प्रवाहक): an opening or device, such as a fan, used to ventilate a room, building, etc.
